It’s possible … is it?
Last week my friend told me that a new political movement has been created in Israel, which will try to unite those who became disillusioned from the chance that their attempt to chance the course of the way the country is being run and operate by voting to any of the current political parties.
The name of the new Israeli political party is “efshar” which translates to “It’s possible”. Their slogan is “Truth will grow from the land/country”, and their website promises that “It’s possible to have human rights. It’s possible to do things differently. It’s possible to have transparency. It’s possible to connect. It’s possible to have freedom. It’s possible to have good education. It’s possible to have truth. It’s possible to have unity. It’s possible to change. It’s possible to get old in dignity. It’s possible to win. It’s possible.”
Allow me to disagree. No, it’s not possible, and no, this party is NOT going to be able to change anything.
You see, in every Israeli election (and there has been many of these in past few years) new political movements and new political coalitions were formed. ALL OF THEM promised you the sky. ALL OF THEM promised you that if they will get enough votes, they can change the situation. ALL OF THEM either did not enter the parliament (so you wasted your vote), OR if they were elected and entered the parliament as part of a government, you quickly discover that they do not keep the promises they made before the election, which means that you wasted your vote.
Why on earth would anybody trust a new political movement, that like every other before it, is promising hope? Hope only comes from truth, and why should you trust, a new party would not disappoint you? People lost hope that someone would represent them in the parliament, and people are fed up with the situation.
Which brings me to the reason I wrote this post. I think it is time to have a new global political movement. Instead of parties that promise us dreams and never delivers, we could have a new international political movement that will unite people everywhere around the world.
FED UP!!!
We are united because all of us are FED UP.
We are fed up with the mess. We are fed up with the politicians' lies. We are fed up with the lies of the media. We are fed up seeing our living standards drop all the time. We are fed up with the violence, the rudeness, the selfishness, the loss of safety, with the surging crime levels. We are fed up with the rich are getting richer, while the rest of us are getting poorer. We are fed up with the living in constant fear of wars, of terrorist attacks, of epidemics, of energy shortages, of food shortages, of living from one crisis to another. We are fed up with our governments, who takes more and more from us, and never give us anything back. We are fed up with the way our countries violate our privacy. We are fed up with the way our governments collude with the big tech companies and their attempt to control everything we do. We are fed up with our communities and societies, which are supposed to be based on principles of truth, on equal opportunity, on the rule of law, but in fact are being run by people who only care about themselves and what their ego tells them and are driven by greed and lies. We are fed up with the relentless pursuit of trying to survive that causes us to suppress the truth and bring lies into our lives. We are fed up with the inability of people to listen to any other truth than the truth of their ego, not only between one another but also the inability to listen to one’s own heart. We are fed up with everyone around us who are being locked in their story. We are fed up with the madness we live in harming our children. We are fed up with the endless suffering we experience, and we are fed up to think it is normal. We are fed up with the way people totally forgotten how it feels to be present in the now, in truth, in love, seeing others as part of you.
The FED UP!!! movement
Because we are so fed up with the current situation, I think it is time to establish a new international movement called “FED UP!!!”. Our movement believes that the only way that can save us from having suffering experiences in our lives is to live a life centred on truth and love, in the now, where all our communities can be united.
Our party has THREE commitments:
We are committed to the truth. Not to “my” truth or to “your” truth but THE TRUTH, the whole truth, regardless or not if it is being perceived as God or something else. We acknowledge that our ego has its own definitions of what is true and what is not, and that we are unable to witness the truth until we find a way to be free from our ego’s story.
We are committed to unconditional love, first and foremost to our true self, our consciousness. We seek the truth from a place of unconditional love to one another, and we are committed to act with deep compassion and kindness.
We are committed to the ONLY state which allows us to be free from the shackles of our ego’s perception of the truth, which is BEING IN THE NOW.
Our action plan is as follows:
The only thing that can stop the dystopia which we are living is to rebuild our societies social infrastructure around these three commitments.
What unite us is the universal wish to live a life full of happiness, in peace, having a sense of safety, being free.
The only way we can progress is by acting NOW, which means we must be IN THE NOW and not trapped in our story, which means that the highest priority we have is to master entering now states, which is the only place in which we are not trapped in our ego’s prism of the truth, also known as “our story”.
If you are fed up with the fact that your perceived truth fails to bring change, if you are fed up with the fact that your perceived truth fails to bring peace, if you are fed up with the fact that your perceived truth fails to bring safety, if you are fed up with the fact that your perceived truth fails to bring freedom, if you are fed up with the fact that your perceived truth fails to bring trust, if you are fed up with the fact that your perceived truth fails to bring unity, and/or if you are fed up with the fact that your perceived truth fails to bring happiness… then JOIN OUR MOVEMENT.
Last words
To all those who decide to keep on voting for current political parties or current leaders: it’s ok, you can do whatever you want, it is your choice. However, if you decide to do so, PLEASE STOP COMPLAINING! Do not complain about others or about your life!!! If you complain, it means you are fed up, and if you are truly fed up with the situation, you are lying to yourself if you think it will be changed by itself. Change ALWAYS starts from within, inside of you. Change can only occur in the now, and if you refuse to let go of your story so that you can experience the now, don’t expect the world to change so it will fit your model of reality.
I ask again: are you willing to be in the now, or are you going to continue to trust your ego the same way those who created all the mess we are do? Are you ready to discover the truth? Are you ready for a life of happiness, or would you rather prefer the lies of your ego which brought and will continue to bring suffering?
I am the love that is you.
Ehden
I like this.
There are also global movements starting up, not political parties but Freedom movements.
Some of them are also trying to work within the political system to change things, but you are right. Here in Australia, we have just had a Federal election, with a change of government. Yet the 2 major candidates - the Labor Party and the Liberal-National Party Coalition - are basically the same in their core policies (while denigrating the other and claiming they themselves would do it all better: better vaccine rollout, better economic management, better everything.)
We had a strong freedom movement here, with different factions, and some of them became very organised politically and had candidates standing in just about every electorate. Yet not a single one of these got anywhere close to being voted in.
(Partly because most of them were very politically naive, and also because the Freedom Movement split into different groups who ended up denigrating each other.)
Instead, we had a wave of Greens and "Teals" (independent candidates who stood for election on a green platform, but not part of our Greens Party). These were mostly supported by inner city trendy people, in the wealthier electorates. These people were mostly not very affected by the lockdowns here, they had jobs that enabled them to work from home, and lived in nice houses where staying at home meant you could spend time in the garden, not a windowless tiny apartment in some tower. So they have the luxury of being able to prioritise trendy issues such as climate change and anti-racism.
Right now in Australia, we still have reminders of pandemic over-reach - but it is mostly not very noticeable, not unless you are in one of the professions (eg health) where vax mandates still apply.
Our freedom movements are still active, and many of us can see that this is by no means over.
This is one movement that looks promising, and whose leaders I have deep respect for:
