COVID19 VACCINES & PARKINSON'S DISEASE

In the 33y history of VAERS for all vaccines, 104 of the 106 cases which reported on the disease were from the COVID vaccine! HOW AND WHY ONE supplement deficiency (Niacin) is DIRECTLY RELATED to it!

This article will start with quick overview of Parkinson's Disease (PD), and will focus mainly on why Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) deficiency is directly related to the disease and TO MANY OTHER ILLNESSES (including AIDS!).

Parkinson’s disease

Parkinson’s disease (PD), an age-related progressive neurodegenerative condition, is associated with loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc)."

PD "results in motor deficits characterized by the following: akinesia, rigidity, resting tremor, and postural instability, as well as nonmotor symptoms such as emotional changes, particularly depression, cognitive impairment, gastrointestinal, and autonomic dysfunction."

"The most common treatment for PD is focused on dopamine (DA) replacement (e.g., levodopa = L-Dopa), which unfortunately losses its efficacy over months or years and can induce severe dyskinesia." (Source)

While PD is considered to be a disease of the elderly, it is known to also attack young people. The most famous person who has this disease at a young age is Michael J. Fox ("Back to the Future"), who has been losing his battle to it.

Niacin

Niacin, Also known as nicotinic acid is a vitamer of vitamin B3, an essential human nutrient. It can be manufactured by plants and animals from the amino acid tryptophan. Niacin is also a precursor for NAD–NADH which is needed for dopamine production. (Niacin - Wikipedia)

It was as early as 1979 that Niacin depletion was discovered in Parkinsonian patients treated with L-dopa, benserazide and carbidopa.

In "A novel treatment target for Parkinson's disease" (2014), Wakade & Chong proposed the roles of GPR109A and its agonists including niacin in Central Nervous System (CNS) pathology, and in particular in PD.

In "Upregulation of GPR109A in Parkinson’s Disease" (2014), Wakade et al. found that "Niacin levels were lower in PD and were associated with increased frequency of experiencing body pain and decreased duration of deep sleep." journals.plos.org

In 2015, Wakade et al. found that "Low-dose niacin supplementation modulates GPR109A, niacin index and ameliorates Parkinson's disease symptoms without side effects". doi.org

In "Niacin Enhancement for Parkinson’s Disease: An Effectiveness Trial" (2014) Chong et al. suggested that niacin enhancement has the potential to maintain or improve quality of life in PD and slow disease progression.

In "Niacin for Parkinson’s disease" (2019) Seamon et al. described how the inflammatory pathways regulated by niacin through GPR109A receptor in neuronal cells and the role of niacin in reducing neuroinflammation in PD.

In "Niacin Enhancement for Parkinson's Disease: An Effectiveness Trial" (2021) Chong et al. suggested that "niacin enhancement has the potential to maintain or improve quality of life in PD and slow disease progression."

A Single-Center, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Trial of Low-Dose Niacin Supplementation Improved Motor Function in US Veterans with Parkinson’s Disease (2021, Wakade et al.)

Due to the role of GPR109A receptor in neuronal cells and the role of niacin in reducing neuroinflammation, it explains why Niacin deficiency was discovered in 2022 in #Fibromyalgia patients, and the fact it was connected to low dopamine levels.

In 2015, Lou et al. suggested that "the regulation of mitochondrial dynamics processes, such as fusion, fission and mitophagy, represents important mechanisms controlling neuronal cell fate." ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Like with COVID19 "vaccines", one of the biggest problems of PD is mitochondria damage. Niacin, NAD precursor, is therefore ESSENTIAL in regulating mitochondrial dynamics processes, such as fusion, fission and mitophagy.

BACK TO COVID19: Niacin is CRUCIAL for EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN INJECTED WITH THE "VACCINES" IS BECAUSE IT IS A PRECURSOR FOR NAD–NADH, which the mitochondria depends on. Both the spike protein and the NLP damage the #mitochondria! YOU NEED NIACIN TO HELP YOUR MITOCHONDRIA!

On the 14th of April 2020 I've posted "Niacin/nicotinic acid (Vitamin B3) against + #COVID19?" and called it “Niacin/nicotinic acid (Vitamin B3) against #SARSCoV2 #COVID19?”. In it I wrote:

! Nicotinamide inhibits ADP ribosylation reactions.

! PARP catalyzes the formation of ADP-ribose polymers.

! PARP is critical to the integration of foreign DNA.

! Inhibition of enzyme interrupts the virus life cycle.

Niacin and other illnesses

Niacin & cancer: ONE EXAMPLE (of many!): "The brain tumour stem cells for glioblastoma have been very resistant to treatment, so instead of targeting those cells we targeted the immune system to help the body to attack and destroy the stem cells."

Niacin and your genes: While magnesium has > 800 genes associated with it, Niacin has 474 genes. B3 derived co-factor HAD(P(H)) is used in far more reactions than any other vitamin!!!

Dosage

Niacin dosage: In "Psychiatry Yesterday (1950) and Today (2007)" Hoffer wrote that NIACIN DAILY DOSAGE IS INDIVIDUAL! He gave an example of a patient with schizophrenia & bipolar who needed 60 grams(!). Treating pancreatitis associated with Hyperlipidemia requires 10g - 20g.

In 2018 #fibromyalgia hit me. It destroyed my life in 2020 because I was unable to consume #niacin in high dosage. In 2021 I found a way to consume it by mixing with high-fat yogurt in a shot glass then eating the rest of the yogurt. NIACIN HEALED ME.
