THE PFIZER LAB: THE GAZA WAR EDITION.

Pfizer AGAIN uses Israelis as a laboratory rats to test its products, AGAIN the Israeli ministry of health & Israeli doctors are taking part, and AGAIN patients are not being informed!

“In light of several cases of soldiers who were injured in Gaza and who suffer from fungal infection, recently doctors in several hospitals requested to import into Israel an experimental medicine for the treatment of fungi from the Pfizer company called Fosmanogepix, and in one case it is intended for the treatment of a seriously wounded soldier who is hospitalized in intensive care in Sheba.”

What you see above is a translation from Hebrew of a tweet that was posted by Maytal Yasur, the health correspondent of an Israeli newspaper called Israel Hayom. This "report" is a follow-up of what was reported by Israeli TV channel KANN NEWS's health "reporter" Ketty Dor, who stated that an Israeli soldier has died from an infection that was caused by fungus that is found in Gaza two weeks ago (HEBREW).

Ketty Dor stated that fungi and mold that is present in the soil of Gaza contaminate their wounds, and that the soldier who got contaminated by two types of fungus and he died because of the fungus. She also stated that 10 more soldiers have the same

In her report @kettydor stated it never happened in previous wars, that they have tried to use experimental medicine but they didn't manage to save the soldier's life.
We are now being told that Israeli doctors now ask to use Fosmanogepix, a new experimental Pfizer drug.

What is Fosmanogepix? According to Wikipedia, "Fosmanogepix is an experimental antifungal drug being developed by Amplyx Pharmaceuticals (now currently by Pfizer and Basilea)...investigated for its potential to treat various fungal infections". The experimental drug supposed to treat "various fungal infections including aspergillosis, candidaemia, and coccidioidomycosis."

Let's go one by one, and prove that what Ketty Dor has said is not true.

• Aspergillosis is "a fungal infection of usually the lung, caused by the genus Aspergillus, a common mould that is breathed in frequently from the air". It's a common infection, and thus the claim the wounded soldiers who suffer from it are the 1st to do so seems unreasonable.

• Candidaemia is defined as the presence of Candida species in the blood. This is not a new problem, read what was reported in a 2016 paper about Israelis who were injured by a terror bomb blast.
  

  

  So again, nothing "new" here.

• What about Coccidioidomycosis? It is a mammalian fungal disease which, and endemic in certain parts of the United States, but as was mentioned in 1993, "Coccidioidomycosis is unusual in Israel".

• Yes, as was stated in "Challenges in the Management of Invasive Fungal Infections in the Middle East: Expert Opinion to Optimize Management Using a Multidisciplinary Approach", Invasive fungal infection (IFI) is a real problem. BUT NOT A NEW ONE!

This brings us back to #Fosmanogepix. Which hospitals are now asking to approve the use of this drug on soldiers? I'll tell you:
1) Sheba Medical Center
2) Rambam Medical Center
3) Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center

WHY? BECAUSE ALL TOOK PART OF THE PHASE-2 TRIALS OF THE DRUG!

The study was conducted between October 2018 and March 2020. Twenty-one participants received #fosmanogepix. FIVE DIED, but like with #mRNA, according to #Pfizer their "deaths were deemed unrelated to the study treatment by the investigator". But hey, we all know we can trust Pfizer, right?

What else? IT CAUSES FUNGI MUTATION:
"Following oral or intravenous administration, #fosmanogepix (is converted) to manogepix" BUT "Manogepix has been shown to induce a similar morphological change to that of echinocandins in filamentous fungi". FYI, Echinocandin "are a class of antifungal drugs that inhibit the synthesis of β-glucan in the fungal cell wall via noncompetitive inhibition of the enzyme 1,3-β glucan synthase. The class has been termed the "penicillin of antifungals".

IN SHORT - THE NEW DRUG AS WELL AS THE NEW CATEGORY OF DRUGS THAT ARE BEING DEVELOPED ARE NOT A MAGIC BULLET CURE. Even worse - it can lead to mutations which can lead to even more deadlier fungi.

One of the Israeli doctors who took part of the phase 2 clinical trials is doctor Galia Rahav, Director of the Infectious Diseases Department at Sheba Hospital, who was constantly on Israeli TV during the #COVID19 p(l)andemic days, pushing for vaccination and for taking actions against those who did not want to take the shots.

RECAP: Israeli soldiers are being sent to a war in Gaza by those who allowed it to happen for hours during the 7th of Oct attack, by a government led by @IsraeliPM who pushed the secret Pfizer agreement (see #PfizerLeak) that turned Israel into a total banana republic. Israeli soldiers, who are sent into a death trap in Gaza, if they get wounded, are going to be treated by a new experimental Pfizer product that has questionable efficiency and safety, exactly like the #mRNA shots, by the same people who pushed COVID19 jabs on them.

So, is there another solution? Yes! We can use drug repurposing to treat bacterial and fungal infections. HOWEVER, this will not give huge revenues to companies such as Pfizer, and so health authorities who serve #BigPharma supress their use. Yes, #Ivermectin is one of them.

ADDENDUM #1: POSSIBLE MANIPULATION:

According to the paper that published the phase 2 results there were 21 participants who received the drug. However, the Israeli site that track clinical trials state there were were 50 participants! WHERE ARE THE MISSING 29?

ADDENDUM #2: IF IT IS SAFE AND EFFECTIVE WHY SELL IT?

Pfizer bought #fosmanogepix developer Amplyx in April 2021 for undisclosed amount after $93m investment in it in 2020, yet in November 2023 it sold the drug rights to Basilea for $37m, while keeping distribution rights if passing phase 3.

Why? My estimates are that Pfizer was hedging the risk of their investment in the product. If Pfizer has realised that the product is risky (not safe, and/or not effective) and didn’t want to have to report about the huge losses they have had as a result of the bad investment (not only financial loss but reputational loss), by offshoring the phase 3 to another company while maintaining the ability to sell it if it will pass phase 3 it allowed Pfizer to distance itself from the risks, while maintaining the ability to milk profits IF Basilea Pharmaceutica will be able to find a way to push through a successful phase 3.
