THE ISRAELI SECRET
The most INSANE truth about Israel that you NEVER heard before. NONE of the institutes in Israel are legal: not the Parliament (Knesset), not the courts, and not the government.
By Ehden Biber
As you are about to discover, Israel is a pseudo-democracy, NOT a democracy.
[above: the Israeli Declaration of Independence]
Today I received a letter that was sent to the chairman of the Israeli Parliament (Knesset), to the Israeli minister of law, and to the head of the law committee in the Knesset, written by an Israeli lawyer/solicitor called Yossi Bitton.
Yossi has written the letter in a legal jargon, which makes it really hard for mortals who are not familiar with legalese to understand what he is saying.
This tread will share with you his revelations, which are indeed outstanding, and shocking.
This is better than Netflix.
To understand the importance of Yossi's finding, one must go back to the creation of the state of Israel, to the Israeli Declaration of Independence, that took place on 14th of May 1948: the establishment of a Jewish state in Eretz-Israel, to be known as the State of Israel.
This is a part of the English Translation of the Deceleration of independence, from the Israeli Parliament own website.
"WE DECLARE that, with effect from the moment of the termination of the Mandate being tonight, the eve of Sabbath, the 6th Iyar, 5708 (15th May, 1948), until the establishment of the elected, regular authorities of the State in accordance with the Constitution which shall be adopted by the Elected Constituent Assembly not later than the 1st October 1948, the People's Council shall act as a Provisional Council of State, and its executive organ, the People's Administration, shall be the Provisional Government of the Jewish State, to be called "Israel"."
The declaration of independence has stated that the regular authorities of the State of Israel will start to operate on the 1st of October 1948, which was the target date for a constitution. That constitution was supposed to be accepted by an Elected Constituent Assembly.
Spoiler alert - there was NO constitution that came into place on the 1st of October 1948 in the state of Israel.
Instead, as Yossi has pointed out, the People's Council changed names and shifted into what is known today as the "Knesset", which most people consider to be the Israeli parliament, and the "Provisional Council of State" has morphed into the Israeli government.
The two institutes which were created as a temporary institutes that were supposed to cease when the state of Israel will activate its constitution are still here, eventually merged into the Knesset, as it is the place where the government is being formed.
In order to understand the situation, Yossi is providing a quote from a judgement decision of the person who was at those days the president of the Israeli supreme court, the late Judge Meir Shamgar, about the topic:
"One cannot assume that the Knesset members (of the 1st Knesset) thought that all the chapters (of the constitution) will be written by them. It is obvious they saw it as a continuous task. If we look back the constitutional history of the Knesset history, there is a substance to assume that most of them wanted the situation to continue. An expression of that can be found in article 5, of the transformational law to the 2nd Knesset assembly, 1951, that determined the 2nd Knesset will have all the authority, the rights, and obligations that the 1st Knesset and its members had. Adding to that, article 10 of the same law has stated that the transformation law that was used in the 2nd Knesset will continue to exist to all consecutive Knesset assemblies in the future... AS LONG AS THE KNESSET HAS NOT ACCEPTED "ANOTHER LAW" WITH REGARDS TO THE TRANSFORMATION LAW. THE QUESTION WHETHER THE CONSTITUTIONAL LEGLISTLATION THAT THE KNESSET HAS PASSED ABOUT ITSELF CONSTITUTES "ANOTHER LAW" AS WAS DEFINED IN ARTICLE 10 IS A DEBATABLE QUESTION."
The late Judge Meir Shamgar has referenced a constitutional law called "constitution law: The Knesset". In this law, which was passed by the Knesset 10 years into its "temporary" operations, it declared that the Knesset IS NOT in charge of creating a constitution.
Instead, the Israeli Knesset has decided to declare itself as "House of Representatives of the state". By doing so, As Yossi points out, it has betrayed the reason the Knesset was created in the first place: an obligation to provide a constitution to the state of Israel. In 1948!!!
Yossi also points out that if you look at 1993's constitutional laws of "man's dignity and his freedom", and "freedom of occupation", the Knesset stated that "The constitutional authority is the Knesset, carrying the authority of the Elected Constituent Assembly.
The "Elected Constituent Assembly" was this committee that in 1948 was supposed to approve the constitution. In practice, the Knesset as an institution has demonstrated little attempt to reach a constitution.
So let me recap: two organizations, both of which were created temporarily until a constitution would be established within a few months, has ended up controlling the Israeli population, who seems to have forgotten that what we wanted was a constitution.
The way the Knesset has shielded all responsibility off itself from its duty to establish a constitution is an incredible testimony to the words of the late Judge Meir Shamgar that this "constitutional legislation" was debatable. They had a mandate, and they ignored it.
Yossi finish saying that based on all of the above, the Knesset and the government actions are from now on considered as illegal, and all of the Knesset's legislation no longer take hold over the citizens of the state of Israel. He signs as "Elected Constituent Assembly 2023"
The courts. How comes the courts in Israel are illegal?
Well, think about it. There was supposed to be a constitution that would define the roles and responsibilities of the courts. For many years the courts operated following the English legal system, with little Hebrew law involved.
In 1992/3, the constitutional laws of "man's dignity and his freedom", and "freedom of occupation", the Knesset has lost power to the Israeli courts, which I mentioned before.
When there is no strong constitution there are power struggles.
So the problem is not only that the Knesset which is in practice run by the government has stepped out of their role, the courts in the country has collided with few members of the Knesset and passed a law that transferred more power to them.
What about the constitution?
You see, no one in the system wants a constitution. A constitution would mean fulfilling the wishes of the people, and that's not what states are really operate on.
Israel is a pseudo-democracy, hijacked by groups of people who struggle to gain more power over the other.
The emergency measures that were taken in 1948 to prevent a state of lawlessness has led to a continuous state of emergency in the state of Israel that still exists till today. The whole system is based on manufacturer one crisis after another. All to justify the means.
As I look at the Israeli society today, and you cannot stop thinking of what Master Yoda has said in "Star Wars”: "Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering."
It explains everything you see in Israel since 1948.
The people's wish for a constitution has been robbed from them by the Knesset, and as a result Israel is now a Banana Republic which is sponsored by Pfizer. Now the Government is trying to steal back power from the judicial, while the Knesset is de-facto powerless.
The Israeli government, headed by Benjamin Netanyahu, has initiated a law in 2020 during height of the COVID19 "pandemic" that in practice has given it the right to constitute new laws. In 2020, Israel has moved even further from what was dictated in its declaration: a constitution.
Most people in Israel have no clue of what I just shared with you. It is only thanks to the incredible work of the Israeli lawyer/solicitor Yossi Bitton that I became aware of these facts.
The notice which Yossi has written is here: (in Hebrew):

What could be the moral of the story of "The State of Israel", which has violated the wishes of the citizens that has gathered to declare its independence?
I think that moral could be: "Face the truth, or else you will suffer".
ISRAEL NEEDS A NEW SYSTEM. URGENTLY!

Now if that happened in 1948 in Israel, I wonder what else we would find elsewhere around the globe. It stands to reason, that it would apply elsewhere. We know that governments around the world like to mimic a "good" idea.🤨😐🤦♀️
I would not be surprised to find that a similar setup is in fact in play in all the "commonwealth" faux constitutional countries, but also possibly all the westernized ones.
If I told you the same thing happened in South Africa many would go hysterical.
Our so-called constitution was imposed by a declaration. It was never given to the people of this country to ratify. It should have been asked by referendum to agree. It never was.
I suspect the same skullduggery occurred for Israel.
